NSG Group/Pilkington Canada is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead strategic human resources for a unionized manufacturing plant. You will develop programs that support business objectives while ensuring compliant labour relations and policy administration.

Responsibilities include guiding collective bargaining, overseeing ESA/OHSA compliance, payroll and benefits coordination for ~150 employees, and driving workforce planning and change initiatives to align with operational goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in HR, Labor Relations, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated experience in unionized environments, including grievance administration.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation (ESA, OHRC, OHSA, Pay Equity, WSIA, LRA).
• Ability to coach leaders and drive organizational change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead employee relations and manage union relationships in a manufacturing setting.
• Oversee collective bargaining activities and grievance processes.
• Ensure compliance with ESA, OHSA, OHRC and related laws; support audits and reporting.
• Develop and communicate HR policies; support organizational change and workforce planning.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, and HR reporting for the site; ensure correct interpretation of the collective agreement.
