Reporting directly to the President, the successful candidate will serve as the organization’s lead labour relations advisor, providing expertise across collective agreement administration, grievance management, workplace investigations, leadership coaching, policy development, and day-to-day employee relations matters. This influential role offers the opportunity to strengthen internal effectiveness, enhance workplace practices, and advance long-term operational success through well-informed labour relations leadership.

North Pole Trim & Supplies offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $110,000 to $130,000, along with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a respected, growing organization committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
