Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from initiation to delivery while overseeing the account team.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time, on-budget client communications and deliverables.
• Support brand strategy development and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Develop IMPACT briefs and assist in workshops and strategic/tactical planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across creative, studio, clients, and technical teams.
• Assist in proposals for new business or ideas and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee financial follow-up, budgets, and billing accuracy.
• Guide Account Directors in planning and strategic consulting for client growth.
• Mentor Account Managers and Senior Account Managers toward development.
