Master is seeking a National Segment Leader for S&R (Service, Replacement and Retrofit) to drive profitable growth across Canada. You will define the segment, analyze market dynamics, and influence regional teams to execute growth initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in HVAC-R sales/marketing and strong cross-functional leadership. The role supports a hybrid work policy with competitive benefits and a base salary range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or other relevant postgraduate education preferred.
• +15 years of progressive sales & marketing experience in HVAC-R or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Own the definition and ongoing refinement of the S&R segment across Canada.
• Lead growth planning and execution with cross-functional teams via influence.
• Translate strategy into priorities, playbooks, and campaigns for field teams.
• Drive segment revenue, gross margin, and growth objectives.
