Job summary

Master is seeking a seasoned National Segment Leader – Residential to drive growth for HVAC-R distribution in Canada. You will own segment strategy, market analysis, and alignment across sales, marketing, product and operations, influencing without direct authority.

The role demands 15+ years in HVAC-R, leadership of large cross-functional teams, and a bilingual English/French capability as a strong asset. Hybrid work and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 15+ years in sales/marketing in HVAC-R residential products or related channels in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Define Residential segment strategy, growth objectives, and KPIs for Canada.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, pricing, supply chain and operations.
• Influence field teams via playbooks, campaigns, and sales motions across regions.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and customer behaviors for opportunities.
