Duperow Co-op is seeking a General Manager to lead the Biggar, SK location. Reporting to the Board, you will drive strategic direction, oversee finances and daily operations, and mentor a team to deliver strong results while engaging with members and the broader community.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, accountability, and relationship-building to support the Co-op’s growth and service to rural Saskatchewan.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years relevant experience in retail operations.
• 1-3 years leading people within retail.
• Experience in a Co-op environment is an asset.
