Job summary

OpenText in Canada is seeking an FP&A Manager to consolidate, monitor, process and report OPEX and P&L by BU. The ideal candidate brings strong Power BI expertise and proven business partnership to help leaders make informed operational and investment decisions.

You will rely on financial modeling, data analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration to provide insights that drive long‑term value in a fast‑paced tech environment, while maintaining rigor and accuracy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Accounting/Economics required.
5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience with business partnership.
Strong Excel, Power BI, Tableau and ERP reporting skills.
Autonomy and ability to influence across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Consolidation, validation, and reporting of P&L and OPEX by BU.
Support monthly forecasting and annual planning in partnership with the business.
Recommending actions by analyzing financial and operational data; develop models and benchmarks.
Gather information from multiple systems to provide granular insight into models and scenarios.
Perform ad-hoc analyses to support key initiatives.
