Imagine Recruitment & Advisory is seeking a strategic and hands-on FP&A leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple business areas. You will consolidate analyses for senior leadership, identify risks and opportunities, and mentor a high-performing finance team.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in FP&A/finance, CPA/CFA designation, and strong IFRS expertise, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• CPA or CFA designation required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, accounting, or related finance.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and financial reporting principles.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing finance professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple business areas.
• Consolidate financial information and prepare analyses, reports, and insights for senior leadership.
• Analyze financial and operational performance using relevant metrics and identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide commentary and recommendations to management on results and trends.
• Partner with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate representation of results.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance staff to build a high-performance team.
• Guide on accounting matters and communicate financial implications of complex issues.
• Support financial reporting and integration of new business activities, investments, or assets.
• Build and enhance financial models, tools, reports, and forecasting methodologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve FP&A efficiency through process improvements and automation.
• Contribute to enhancement of financial systems and reporting infrastructure.
• Develop relationships with business and finance leaders to stay aligned on initiatives.
• Collaborate with departmental leaders to understand results and support budgeting.
