Job summary

Empire Roofing Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Fleet Operations to lead the strategic direction, planning, and performance of the fleet and asset management program across locations. You will drive efficiency, cost control, compliance, and sustainability while partnering with Operations, Service, Finance, and Safety teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive fleet management experience.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing fleet operations, maintenance programs, or asset management functions.
• Experience overseeing large vehicle and equipment fleets within construction, transportation, utilities, industrial services, or related industries.
• Demonstrated experience developing fleet strategies, capital plans, and asset lifecycle programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long-term fleet/asset management strategy aligned with growth.
• Establish annual fleet goals, metrics, and priorities.
• Create multi-year replacement plans for vehicles and equipment.
• Forecast fleet requirements based on demand and growth.
• Oversee asset lifecycle, maintenance standards, and compliance.
• Lead cost optimization and continuous improvement across fleet operations.
• Develop and manage annual fleet budgets and capital plans.
• Provide leadership to Fleet Manager and team; collaborate with cross-functional partners.
