Pollard Banknote Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Winnipeg Office. You will prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, support month-end close, and contribute to budgeting while ensuring IFRS compliance.

You'll collaborate across the business, turning complex data into insights and supporting audits and regulatory reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• CPA designation (or legacy accounting designation).
• 3-5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial results.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with D365 or similar ERP systems is asset.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, accountability reports, and variance analyses to support business decision-making.
• Reconcile key balance sheet and income statement accounts, including prepaids, receivables, deferred revenue, accruals, debt, and revenue.
• Prepare and post month-end journal entries, including accruals, prepaid amortization, and foreign currency revaluations.
• Support the annual budgeting process and ensure compliance with IFRS reporting requirements.
• Assist with audits, regulatory reporting, and other finance projects and initiatives as required.
