Job summary

Pollard Banknote Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Analyst for its Winnipeg office. You will ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, prepare statements, support month-end activities, and contribute to the annual budgeting process.

You’ll work with teams across the business to turn complex financial data into insights that drive decision making, while maintaining compliance with IFRS and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, accountability reports, and variance analyses to support business decision-making
• Reconcile key balance sheet and income statement accounts, including prepaids, receivables, deferred revenue, accruals, debt, and revenue
• Prepare and post month-end journal entries, including accruals, prepaid amortization, and foreign currency revaluations
• Support the annual budgeting process and ensure compliance with IFRS reporting requirements
• Assist with audits, regulatory reporting, and other finance projects and initiatives as required
