Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Governance, policy, and procedural documentation review.
• Update documents to align with new standards or processes and monitor changes.
• Identify efficiencies in current processes.
• Support the broader financial risk and internal controls team.
• Coordinate governance meetings and prepare agendas/minutes.
• Interpret new regulations and assess impacts to governance programs.
