Job summary

Insight Global in Toronto is seeking an experienced senior analyst to shape the Pro business, balancing ongoing finance work with long-range projects, strategic planning, and senior-level recommendations.

You will partner with Finance and stakeholders on forecasting, planning, and performance analysis, leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring others. The role emphasizes forward-looking value and collaboration with U.S. partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• 3-5+ years of financial analysis or financial business partner experience, with meaningful senior-level depth preferred.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic problem solving.
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and data-visualization tools.
• Experience using AI tools such as Copilot or Gemini.
• Experience demonstrating leadership through mentoring or guiding the work of others.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Finance Manager and business stakeholders on long-range projects and strategic planning.
• Assess future opportunities, including the customer loyalty journey and potential credit options for Pro customers.
• Act as a key finance partner, using data and insight to influence decisions.
• Contribute to monthly forecasting, semi-annual planning, financial studies, and projections with Canadian and U.S.-based finance partners.
• Prepare and present complex financial analysis in a concise, user-friendly format for senior management.
• Lead special projects, identify process improvements, and share best practices across Finance.
• Demonstrate leadership through initiative ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and sound judgment.
• Maintain required reporting while focusing primarily on forward-looking analysis and strategic value.
