Export Packers Company Limited is seeking a Controller to oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance across the group. You will drive accuracy, cash flow management, and internal controls while partnering with senior leadership to enable strategic decisions.

The role demands a CPA with 10+ years in finance, strong GAAP/ASPE expertise, and experience with acquisitions or large ERP implementations. Hybrid work in Ontario, Canada is offered.

Qualifications

• CPA designation required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASPE.
• Experience with acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and compliance per ASPE and GAAP.
• Lead external reporting and consolidation processes.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and internal controls.
• Coordinate external audits and tax filings.
• Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional decision support.
• Develop and mentor Finance team; drive process improvements.
