The role partners with senior leadership to drive process improvements and strengthen financial discipline.

Based in Brampton, the position offers hybrid work, with one day per week from home, and a base salary in the CAD range. CPA credentials and Big Four experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• CPA designation required.
• Strong technical expertise in US GAAP and ASPE reporting standards.
• Experience managing complex financial operations, including acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Lead external reporting and consolidation for the group of companies.
• Manage cash flow, banking relations, and intercompany transactions.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with GAAP/ASPE and policies.
