Walmart Canada is seeking a Senior Manager, Executive Communications to shape how our senior leaders connect, inspire and lead. You will partner with the CEO and leadership team to deliver clear, compelling messages that reinforce strategy, culture and customer focus.

Qualifications

Excellent writing and storytelling skills that simplify complex ideas into clear messaging.
Strong business acumen with understanding of retail operations and strategy.
Experience supporting senior executives, including coaching for high-stakes engagements.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across a matrixed org.
Strong project management skills with multiple priorities and tight timelines.
Curiosity and a mindset for continuous improvement, including comfort with emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership, shaping priorities and communications.
Support executive communications strategy across Walmart Canada to align voices with enterprise priorities.
Provide proactive counsel to strengthen leadership credibility and visibility.
Develop high-impact content: speeches, presentations, talking points, scripts, social content, and digital comms.
Coach senior leaders for key moments: town halls, forums, high-profile events.
Build an always-on storytelling engine that highlights business momentum and associate impact.
