Lead in the Strategy and Transformation team at National Bank means acting as
the operational conductor of the sector's five-year strategic plan. In this
role, you will ensure alignment, consistency, and disciplined execution across
six strategic pillars while supporting leaders and project teams in achieving
shared objectives.

organization's transformation journey through your expertise in strategic
execution, portfolio management, governance, and organizational change. By
providing visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes,
you will help leaders make informed decisions and maximize the value of

Within the Strategy and Transformation
sector, you will collaborate with project managers, executive sponsors,
leaders, and stakeholders across multiple business sectors. Your ability to
build alignment and influence without direct authority will contribute
significantly to the successful delivery of our strategic ambitions.
