Desjardins Group, via Worldsource Management Services, seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture function and guide the evolution of its technology landscape. You will define, govern, and advance the enterprise architecture strategy while leading a team responsible for solution, data, integration, infrastructure, and security architectures.

Reporting to the CTO, you will translate business priorities into architectural directions, drive modernization and governance, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• A minimum of eight years of relevant experience, including three in management
• Master's degree in a related field
• Experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology leadership roles
• Experience leading architecture or technology teams
• Experience developing enterprise architecture strategies, frameworks, roadmaps, and governance
• TOGAF®, Cloud Architecture Certifications (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), CISSP, ITIL, SAFe, or related certifications
• Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written
• Advanced knowledge of application, data, integration, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and governance practices
• Available for travel to offices in Ontario and Quebec

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop an architecture team
• Oversee architecture governance activities and risk assessments
• Develop and maintain current-state and target-state architectures and roadmaps
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align architectural direction with strategy
• Ensure security, scalability, and modernization across solutions
• Drive technology transformation and innovation across the organization
