Job summary

Desjardins Group seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead Worldsource Management Services' architecture function and shape its technology landscape. Reporting to the CTO, you will guide a team of architects across solution, data, integration, infrastructure and security, delivering governance, roadmaps and modernization aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Eight years of relevant experience, including three years in management
Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology leadership roles
Experience leading architecture or technology teams
Experience developing enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, and governance
Certifications such as TOGAF, Cloud (Azure/AWS/Google), CISSP, ITIL, SAFe or related

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a high-performance architecture team with clear priorities and development plans
Govern architecture reviews and approvals, identify risks and opportunities
Develop and maintain current/target-state architectures and roadmaps
Collaborate with leaders to align architectural directions with business strategy
Provide leadership in applications, data, integration, infrastructure, cloud, and security
