Government of Manitoba is seeking an MS2 Engagement/Communications Specialist in Winnipeg to support the Policy and Strategic Priorities Division with strategic communications, engagement activities, and executive messaging. You will coordinate across divisions, develop presentations, and ensure materials align with government standards.

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree or diploma in Communications or Marketing or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
• Extensive experience leading strategic communications and marketing planning across multiple media platforms.
• Experience developing corporate publications and materials such as executive communications, articles, speeches and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated, timely, and strategic communications and engagement support across the Policy and Strategic Priorities Division.
• Strengthen executive messaging, reporting, and presentation development; coordinate with Communications and Engagement Division.
• Ensure internal and public-facing materials are consistent with government direction and corporate standards.
