Job summary

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience with client engagement and translating insights into value propositions.
Experience with market/data analysis and post-launch performance tracking.
Experience with report writing and communicating programs/policies clearly.
Ability to build and foster stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

Enhance client relationships and improve service delivery experiences.
Capture and analyze client feedback to inform improvements and program delivery.
Support strategic outreach through events, stakeholder engagement, and product promotion.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations and value propositions.
Collaborate with teams to interpret programs and policies for clients.
