Job summary

49 Solutions is seeking two experienced Engagement and Communications Consultants to support DND on a major transformation initiative. You will bring expertise in change management, executive communications, and stakeholder engagement within a complex federal environment.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in the federal government, experience leading or supporting organizational change, developing strategic communications for senior leaders, and coordinating engagement across multiple stakeholder

Qualifications

• 8+ years working in the federal government as a Change Management consultant or similar role.
• Experience supporting organizational adoption and transition activities.
• Ability to develop and deliver executive communications for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support change management initiatives within complex federal environments.
• Prepare strategic communications and executive briefings for senior leaders.
• Coordinate engagement across multiple stakeholder groups, including CAF/Director General/ADM audiences.
