Job summary

Fidelity Canada is seeking a Director of Software Product Management for the Investly business unit. You will lead the product strategy, oversee PM and UX/UI teams, and drive roadmaps aligned with customer needs and enterprise priorities.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver high-quality product experiences. You will champion customer-centricity, manage multiple workstreams, and influence senior stakeholders, while driving

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management or digital roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
• Proven experience leading product teams and delivering software at scale
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, financial services, or large technology ecosystems
• Strong collaboration with Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with business strategy, customer needs, and technical priorities
• Lead end-to-end product execution, including planning, backlog management, and delivery across multiple teams and domains
• Champion customer-centricity by leveraging research, feedback, and market insights to inform product decisions and opportunities
• Collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, successful launches, and effective change management
• Drive business performance by supporting investment planning, monitoring product outcomes, and optimizing adoption, efficiency, and growth
