Job summary

Fidelity Canada seeks a Director of Software Product Management for the Investly unit to lead product strategy, execution, and performance of the digital platform. You will oversee Product Management and UX/UI teams, align roadmaps with investor needs, and partner across Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations to drive innovation and growth.

You will helm multi-year roadmaps, guide product managers, and ensure high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or digital roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading product teams and delivering software at scale.
• Experience in SaaS/fintech or large tech ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with strategy and customer needs.
• Lead end-to-end product execution, backlog management, and cross-team delivery.
• Champion customer-centricity using research and market insights to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations for successful launches.
• Support investment planning, monitor outcomes, and optimize adoption and growth.
