Job summary

Fidelity Canada is seeking a Product Manager for the Investly platform. You will own the product roadmap, partner with software product and customer experience teams, and translate insights into growth-driven actions across marketing, content, and channels.

Responsibilities include defining requirements, managing backlogs, and coordinating go-to-market efforts with legal and risk teams to ensure compliant, customer-centric product delivery.

Qualifications

• Completed University degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years’ experience with direct to customer digital product, developing strategies, roadmaps and feature prioritization frameworks.
• Knowledge and experience in general marketing, including Customer Journey Analytics or equivalent.
• Experience conducting or leveraging user research, customer interviews, usability testing and/or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the product roadmap — setting strategic business priorities in partnership with software product and customer experience teams.
• Lead the strategic roadmap aligning product priorities with customer insights and business outcomes across Investly.
• Prioritize data requests from Finance and technical teams; gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Ideate and track in-product A/B tests to drive business outcomes with engineering support.
• Recommend digital product and marketing optimizations based on data-driven insights.
• Conduct competitive scans to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Prioritize Growth-related backlog with development teams to maximize impact.
• Create briefs for product launches and enhancements with unique value propositions.
• Support Marketing with guidance for creating product information and educational content.
