A leading insurance company in Southwestern Ontario is seeking a Digital Analyst to drive Digital programs across business functions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements, analyze business problems, and develop Digital solutions to enhance member experience. The ideal candidate has a university degree and strong expertise in Content Management Systems, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. Qualifications
- 5 years' experience in process design and digital technology business solutions.
- High level of organizational ability with project management experience an asset.
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystem and various clouds.
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between business units and Digital department.
- Analyze complex business problems to assess Digital solutions.
- Develop and document Digital project requirements.
