Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Analytics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, CPFR, S&OP, Sales Operations, or analytics.
• Strong analytical capability with ability to work with multiple data sources and translate analysis into recommendations.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex issues.
• Collaboration-first mindset with ability to influence multiple functions across the organization.
• Advanced Office skills; experience with planning systems and data sources is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the customer and category demand forecast across volume and value.
• Lead the 18-month rolling forecast and support monthly forecast cycle.
• Ensure forecast quality and alignment with financial planning and targets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights that impact forecast.
• Analyze historical trends and external factors to inform forecast assumptions.
• Lead S&OP rhythm and Demand Review meetings, including Anaplan updates and cash-up activities.
