Job summary

A leading analytics firm in Canada seeks a Demand Forecast & Analytics Specialist responsible for leading the demand forecasting strategy across the supply chain. This role requires expertise in advanced analytics and statistical modeling, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts and strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional collaboration skills and at least 7 years of relevant experience. You will work closely with various teams to support inventory optimization and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or similar roles.
• Experience leading S&OP demand processes and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the demand forecasting process and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
• Develop advanced forecasting models to produce reliable demand forecasts.
• Facilitate cross-functional consensus meetings to align demand forecasts.
