Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to steer cross-sector initiatives, directing material, time, IT and human resources to hit goals on time and within budget. The role emphasizes coordinating teams, analyzing feasibility, planning milestones and ensuring high-quality deliverables across the application and technology components.

You will engage stakeholders, manage change, and ensure availability of technology platforms while maintaining alignment with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
A minimum of six years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

Plan deliverables for the application and technology component. Estimate project costs, considering issues, complexity, practitioners and ties with other projects.
Supervise and coordinate contributors delivering the application and technology component. Ensure team performance and quality control; define standards and procedures.
Coordinate deliverables for the application and technology component. Ensure agreements, budgets and timelines are respected; align with priorities.
Analyze risks and impacts for the application and technology component; develop strategies to address them.
Work with the project leader to manage change requests, solution testing and the implementation strategy for the application and technology component.
