MNP is seeking a Corporate Event Planner to lead internal and external events, driving engagement and alignment with business objectives. The role supports the firm’s operations with innovative event strategies and seamless execution in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

The ideal candidate will bring post-secondary education in business or event planning and 2–4 years of relevant experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business, communications or event planning.
• CMP designation is considered an asset.
• 2 to 4 years of event industry experience, within a professional services environment is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a car is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage and execute internal events.
• Identify agendas and programs and present plans to leadership.
• Organize event logistics including venues, vendors and project plans.
• Act as consultant for event production including AV, registration, housing and space allocation.
• Manage a vendor team and oversee on-site execution and relationships.
• Establish event budgets and track ROI for reporting.
