Job summary

You will mentor a team of accounting professionals, ensure balance sheet integrity, and provide guidance across FP&A, Treasury, Tax and Operations. The role emphasizes process improvement and scalable accounting practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• CPA designation required.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years in financial reporting or corporate accounting.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and consolidated reporting.
• Experience leading accounting professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• M&A experience is a strong asset.
• Advanced Excel and JD Edwards familiarity is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate accounting function and oversee month-end close activities.
• Ensure balance sheet integrity through timely reconciliations and reviews.
• Mentor and develop accounting professionals into a high-performing team.
• Partner with Operations Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Tax and IT to improve processes.
