Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial operations for five auto parts companies across Saskatchewan and related property portfolio.
• Collaborate with managing partners to analyze financial data and provide reports for decision making.
• Coordinate tax compliance and year-end review with external accountants and partners.
• Set up and refine financial policies and procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations and oversee AR/AP processes.
• Lead, train and supervise accounting staff; resolve discrepancies and prepare journal entries.
• Administer benefits documentation (pension plans, leaves, employment and medical insurance).
