Qualifications

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• Proven relevant legal experience in construction, infrastructure, or energy.
• Deep knowledge of contract analysis and risk allocation in construction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze major construction and infrastructure agreements focusing on risk allocation and indemnification.
• Assist in contract negotiations and client advisory on exposures and insurance terms.
• Evaluate insurance requirements and risk profiles to support risk management strategies.
• Review joint venture, design, and subcontractor agreements for indemnities and liability.
• Contribute to risk reports combining contractual analysis with technical risk assessments.
