Job summary

Bouygues Construction Group's VSL Canada unit seeks a Contract Manager to draft, execute, and oversee the full contract lifecycle on commercial projects in Toronto. You will ensure contractual compliance and advise stakeholders. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in finance, law, or business, MRICS/CIQS certification, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to multitask independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a contracts professional in a corporate or construction setting.
• Proven knowledge of contract law and drafting.
• Ability to negotiate and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Draft, monitor and review contracts across various verticals and scales.
• Provide contract management services, including resolving conflicts and renewing contracts.
• Supervise contract performance and ensure compliance with terms.
• Prepare reports on contract performance and consult senior contract manager as needed.
• Update contracts per evolving regulations and communicate status to stakeholders.
