Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of project management and strategic planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project discovery, scoping, analysis, and implementation of service improvements within the department.
• Facilitate workshops and improvement sessions with leadership teams.
• Develop and monitor performance measures to identify trends and corrective actions.
• Manage full life-cycle of projects including business case preparation and reporting.
• Research best practices and emerging technologies to keep City Operations at the forefront of innovation.
