We are seeking a facilitator who can use their communication and negotiation skills to manage complex improvement projects. As a Project Manager, you are an essential part of the team dedicated to continuous improvement and integration across City Operations. You will contribute to developing methodologies that assess, prioritize, and align initiatives at the department, branch, and corporate levels. Your day-to-day work involves leading project discovery and detailed scoping to ensure improvements are successfully implemented. By collaborating with various teams, you will help identify innovation opportunities and review services to ensure they meet the needs of the people we serve. You will also ensure that our structures and processes are perfectly aligned with the broader strategies of the Branch and Section. Ultimately, your work helps create a more efficient, effective, and responsive city government.
