Job summary

Qualifications

University graduation in a related field such as Business Administration, Social Sciences, Operations Management, Economics, or related field.
Plus 2 years progressively responsible related experience; or equivalent as described below.
Equivalency: 1 year of education for 1 year of experience; or 1 year of experience for 1 year of education.

Responsibilities

Partner with business areas to identify, analyze, and implement process improvement opportunities.
Apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualization tools to support decision-making.
Design and implement technical solutions using Microsoft 365 tools, including Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Excel.
Lead and support continuous improvement projects, managing scope, timelines, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables.
Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and recommend sustainable business solutions.
Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption of new processes.
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of reporting and process improvement solutions.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver innovative solutions and improve business performance.
Research emerging technologies and best practices to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
