Qualifications

• Senior-level project management experience delivering large, complex building or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality through the lifecycle.
• Experience overseeing procurement, contract administration, and project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of building design, construction practices, codes, regulations, and delivery methods.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to resolve complex technical, contractual, financial issues.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project finances, commitments, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead major capital projects from planning through turnover.
• Define scope, objectives, budgets, schedules, governance, and resources.
