Job summary

FCC is seeking a procurement professional for a permanent role in Canada. The successful candidate will manage competitions for net new contingent labor resources, coordinate with business leaders, and oversee end-to-end procurement processes using ServiceNow, Docusign and SAP.

With a focus on risk management and vendor performance, you will ensure compliance and documentation while collaborating across procurement, finance, risk and other teams.

Qualifications

• Formal training in related field or closely related area.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, contract administration or contingent workforce operations.
• Hands-on experience managing or supporting competitive procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of the contingent labor market, including vendors, trends and market rates.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Docusign and SAP in procurement contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage competitions for net new contingent labor resources from intake to award.
• Partner with business leaders to gather contingent labor requirements and determine procurement approach.
• Manage all components of the competitive process with timelines and governance.
• Support Strategic Sourcing Specialists as needed in competitions.
• Contribute to contingent labor vendor performance management by gathering feedback and scoring performance.
• Complete Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities for a broad range of vendors.
• Track contracts, competition documents and related correspondence in ServiceNow.
• Route contracts for review and signature using Docusign.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, risk and internal partners to ensure alignment and compliance.
