How you’ll make an impact
Play a key role in managing competitions for net new contingent labor resources, partnering with business leaders to understand their needs, select the right procurement approach, and lead competitive processes end-to-end. You’ll support Vendor Relationship Managers as needed and contribute to the ongoing performance management of contingent labor vendors by gathering feedback and evaluating vendor performance. You’ll also support Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities within Process Unity, ensuring vendors meet FCC risk and compliance requirements. Leveraging your in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow for contract tracking, Docusign for contract routing and signature, and SAP for creating purchase orders, you’ll ensure processes are accurate, compliant and well-documented. Your strong understanding of the contingent labor market—including vendors, trends, and market rates—along with solid negotiation and procurement experience, will drive effective outcomes. Above all, you’ll make an impact through exceptional attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and a strong risk mindset.
