Job summary

ACCIONA S.A. is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Canada to support the Ontario Line Elevated Guideway and Stations project. You will lead bidder pre-qualification, develop tender packages, and drive best-value supplier selections while coordinating with project teams and stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement in large construction settings, strong negotiation, and SAP experience. A hybrid office/on-site setup is possible; Canadian operations include comprehensive rewards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience in large and complex construction projects.
• Familiarity with SAP and procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-qualification of bidders and prepare tender packages.
• Ensure timely tendering and provide feedback.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and draft master agreements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet project requirements and budget.
• Conduct commercial evaluation and vendor negotiations.
• Maintain vendor relations and monitor performance.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure P2P compliance.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and regulations.
