ACCIONA Canada seeks a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to lead subcontract administration for the ECWE project. You will oversee linewide subcontracts, changes, payments, and close‑out while coordinating with procurement, legal, and project controls teams across Canada.

The role requires strong experience in complex contracts, risk management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, accurate commercial documentation and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in subcontract administration, contract administration, commercial management, or procurement on major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience administering complex subcontracts on infrastructure, transit, rail, heavy civil, or transportation projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day‑to‑day administration of linewide subcontracts from award through close‑out.
• Review and interpret subcontract terms to ensure obligations and deliverables are met.
• Maintain comprehensive subcontract files and records.
• Monitor compliance with insurance, bonding, reporting, milestones and other obligations.
• Provide guidance to project teams on subcontract administration processes.
