STEMCELL Technologies is seeking a Compensation and Organizational Design Partner to lead compensation programs and support our global job architecture framework. You will partner with HR Business teams, advising on job leveling and education, while ensuring governance across all regions.

The role focuses on delivering data-driven insights, maintaining consistent program application, and staying ahead of market trends to strengthen our competitive position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6–10 years in compensation or related field.
• Strong knowledge of compensation practices and theory.
• CCP or CPHR designation considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Advise HR Business to solve architecture and compensation challenges.
• Oversee job design, documentation and evaluation processes.
• Manage global and enterprise wide compensation programs.
• Maintain governance of job leveling framework and policies.
• Leverage data to inform decision-making.
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices.
