Job summary

GHD is seeking a Compensation Advisor to provide expert guidance across Americas and EMEA. You will lead salary structures, pay equity reviews, and reward program governance, partnering with People Teams and business leaders to shape remuneration decisions based on market data and business needs.

You will deliver independent analyses, support annual reviews, and drive compensation improvements that balance governance, affordability and talent attraction.

Qualifications

• Experience with Korn Ferry job evaluation and job architecture methodologies highly regarded.
• Ability to deliver independent, evidence-based compensation recommendations.
• Completes significant compensation projects each quarter.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and People Teams across Americas and EMEA on compensation needs.
• Provide guidance on remuneration decisions, pay positioning, offers, equity concerns.
• Lead salary range development and market pricing initiatives.
• Oversee annual salary reviews and reward program governance.
• Translate data into actionable compensation insights for leadership.
• Improve compensation frameworks and learning materials for teams.
