Job summary

STEMCELL Technologies Inc. is seeking a Compensation and Organizational Design Partner to join our HR team in Canada. This role will provide recommendations and deliver compensation programs, while maintaining systems that support our global initiatives.

You will partner with HR Business teams, advise on job architecture, and educate across organization levels. In addition, you will support our enterprise-wide job leveling framework through consistent application and improvement of our job

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of compensation practices and theory.
• CCP or CPHR designation considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Advise HR Business and Talent Partner teams to solve architecture and compensation challenges.
• Oversee job design, documentation and evaluation processes.
• Manage global and enterprise-wide compensation programs and maintain market competitiveness.
• Govern enterprise-wide job leveling framework and related policies with consistent application and review.
• Extract, compile and analyze large data sets to inform decisions while maintaining data integrity.
