Job summary

Wellington-Altus Private Wealth Inc. is seeking a Marketing Associate in our Toronto office to support the marketing team, manage advisor requests, and help design, implement and execute initiatives. This role focuses on streamlining processes, improving efficiency and driving engagement across channels.

The ideal candidate will have a Marketing degree, 3+ years of experience, and familiarity with CMS, SEO/SEM, and CRM tools. Hybrid collaboration and strong communication will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years experience in marketing.
• Experience in financial services or advisor marketing is an asset.
• Proficient with project management tools (Monday.com).
• Experience with workflow automation and process optimization.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, CMS, digital advertising, email marketing, social media and analytics.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Streamline advisor marketing requests through intake processes and workflow automation.
• Act as a primary contact for advisor marketing requests including ads, brochures, newsletters, websites and events.
• Manage inboxes, SMEs assignment, and timelines to ensure high advisor satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing to align initiatives with business goals.
• Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Create and edit engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters and social media.
• Conduct market research and report on marketing performance (ROI, engagement).
