Job summary

Trans Mountain Corporation seeks a Commercial Analyst to provide analytical, financial and commercial support for evaluating business development opportunities. You will develop market intelligence, financial models, forecasts and business insights to inform strategic decisions and advance commercial objectives.

The role requires evaluating opportunities, monitoring market trends, and supporting leadership with data-driven recommendations in a collaborative, in-office Calgary setting.

Qualifications

Post secondary education in Business, Economics or Engineering.
CFA, CA, CPA, P.Eng designations are assets.
Minimum 2 years of related experience.
Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook; Power BI desired.

Responsibilities

Support commercial and business development initiatives with market and financial analyses.
Prepare presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership.
Analyze market trends, customer requirements and opportunities.
Assist with contract-related activities and reporting materials.
Identify opportunities to standardize and automate workflows.
