You will analyze needs, prepare personalized solutions, and help negotiate agreements while ensuring service quality and client satisfaction.

You will stay current on products and standards, support retention, and contribute to achieving unit objectives and strategies within the organization.

Qualifications

• General college diploma in a related field.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of duties and tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention.
• Advise members and clients on specialized products, services and solutions and ensure member/client satisfaction.
• Collect, compile and analyze data. Prepare recommendations. Finalize contracts, reports and other administrative documents.
• Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in your field.
