Desjardins is seeking a Wealth Management Advisor to develop and maintain lasting relationships with members and clients. You will listen to needs, provide tailored financial guidance, and help choose solutions to meet goals.

You will work with individuals and business owners, balancing client satisfaction with profitability and prudent risk, while collaborating with partners to design integrated strategies. You will stay current with market trends and regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Knowledge of current financial, economic, political and legislative events.
• Specialized knowledge of tax, financial and succession issues for individuals and businesses.
• Knowledge of Desjardins products and services and relevant distribution networks.

Responsibilities

• Advise members and clients on strategies and expected results.
• Manage business relationships, assess satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices.
• Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.
