Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Knowledge of current financial, economic, political and legislative events.
• Understanding of tax, financial and succession issues for individuals and businesses.
• Understanding of Desjardins processes and products.

Responsibilities

• Advise members and clients on best strategies and expected results.
• Manage relationships, assess satisfaction, and identify improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on financial services industry and market trends.
• Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.
